Sunsoft Technology — Recruiting operations platform with AI job automation

Sunsoft Technology runs a reverse-recruiting service — instead of employers searching for candidates, their team searches and applies on behalf of job-seeking clients. Coordinating that at scale meant tracking which employee was assigned to which client, managing job assignments, and collecting client reviews, all without a system built for it. GaurVerse built a custom web platform to manage the entire operation: client and employee records, job assignment and tracking, client-to-employee matching, and a review workflow so Sunsoft's team could see outcomes at a glance.

On top of the core platform, GaurVerse built an AI layer that automatically fetches relevant job openings on the employee/recruiter side, so each recruiter has a live feed of matching roles to send to their assigned clients — replacing manual job-board searching with an automated pipeline. The result is a single system where client management, employee assignment, job sourcing, and review tracking all live in one place instead of spreadsheets and inboxes.
